MiZa is far from your everyday real—estate project. It’s an urban regeneration warehouse—solution land growing out of Abu Dhabi's timeless Mina Zayed. This backdrop neighbourhood for creativity, innovation, entrepreneurship, and multidiscipline preserves urban memory while manifesting a sought—after demand into a physical and vibrant space. A space for people just like us. When we began working on this, we asked ourselves: "What would we do with a neighbourhood?” and responded right back into our work. Through creative ideation, branding, brand literature, social media, content creation, design, community activation and events, this is a full—on summary of our response.
